Come Hungry! Hope Brigade Days

Updated: Sep 5

If there’s one piece of advice we can give you for Hope Brigade Days 2026, it’s COME HUNGRY!
This year we’re bringing together 17 food trucks, classic midway treats, snacks and goodies throughout the Briggie Bazaar, plus cold drinks and entertainment in the Ken James Rip-Off Saloon.
Whether you’re craving lobster, tacos, poutine, BBQ, bannock, ice cream, mini donuts or something completely new, Brigade Days might just be Hope’s biggest food event of the year!
17 Food Trucks in Food Truck Alley!
Our famous Food Truck Alley is back, and this year we have an incredible lineup of 17 different food trucks serving up a huge variety of flavours:
Yellow Bear
Extreme Mac 'n' Cheese
Corner Kick Concessions
Lakeside Mini Doughnuts
Tin Cow Creamery
Hunky Bills
Mo Bacon
Chicken on Tires
Gorilla Q
The Spud Barn
Holy Taco & Mexi Eats
Bannock Wagon
New Taste Wraps
Big Red's Poutine
Bubble Express
Bear Mountain Coffee
Just Jerking Around
Lobster Pot
That’s a LOT of food to try in one weekend!
Food Truck Alley is also one of the areas of Brigade Days that is open to the public with no festival wristband required, so come down for lunch, dinner, dessert — or all three!
Food Truck Alley Hours
Friday, September 11 | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday, September 12 | 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM
Sunday, September 13 | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
And while you eat, check out our FREE live music stage beside Food Truck Alley, featuring bluegrass music throughout the weekend.
It Wouldn't Be a Fair Without Fair Food!
Follow the smell over to the Shooting Star Amusements midway for all those treats that make a trip to the fair complete.
Think fresh mini donuts, fluffy cotton candy, ice cream, lemonade and all kinds of sweet and savoury carnival favourites. Shooting Star has a long history of bringing classic midway concessions alongside its rides and games.
You don't need a Brigade Days wristband to enter the midway, so you're welcome to come down, walk around and grab your favourite fair treat.
More Treats at the Briggie Bazaar
You might think our 50-vendor Briggie Bazaar is just for shopping — but there are plenty of things to eat there too!
Keep an eye out for delicious vendors including:
Island Jerky
TS Freeze Dried Goods
Luu's Macaroons
Treats & Treasures
…and more!
The Briggie Bazaar is also open to the public with no Brigade Days wristband required.
And Something for the Thirsty Adults...
Of course, we haven't forgotten about the grown-ups!
The Ken James Rip-Off Saloon is back and open throughout Brigade Days weekend with cold drinks, some great new additions and a packed lineup of live entertainment.
Grab a drink, find a seat and enjoy the atmosphere — or stick around into the evening when the Saloon really gets going!
The Ken James Rip-Off Saloon is 19+ and a Brigade Days wristband is required for admission.
